The Turnpike Spiral catheter from Teleflex is a high-performance microcatheter designed for challenging coronary and peripheral vessel anatomy. It features a robust five-layer shaft that provides outstanding flexibility and torque transmission, with an added external spiral coil on the distal 2–3 cm that enhances rotational advancement through resistant lesions when turned clockwise. The primary use is to assist guidewire/device delivery in complex anatomies.
